Refund Policy

At AIO Wellness, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care and client satisfaction. Our treatments and services are customized to each individual’s needs and medical condition. Because of the professional time, products, and personalized nature of medical aesthetics and wellness services, all sales are considered final.

1. Services and Treatments

All purchased treatments, packages, consultations, and service fees are non-refundable, even if results vary or individual goals are not met.
Results are not guaranteed due to factors such as medical history, age, skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during or after treatment so that we can address them appropriately.

2. Prepaid Packages and Treatment Series

Prepaid packages or series of treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
Unused sessions may be applied as a credit toward another service of equal or lesser value, only at the discretion of management and the medical provider.
Package sessions must be used within the valid treatment period as stated at the time of purchase.

3. Retail Products

All retail product sales (including skincare, supplements, and injectables purchased for in-clinic use) are final.
Products that are defective or damaged at the time of sale may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of purchase.
For hygienic and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.

4. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a late cancellation or no-show fee at the discretion of the practice.
Repeated missed appointments may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.

5. Adverse Reactions or Complications

Our treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals using FDA-cleared products and evidence-based protocols.
Adverse reactions, though uncommon, can occur. These are managed according to medical best practices, but refunds are not issued for adverse outcomes or dissatisfaction with results.

6. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards and promotional vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
They may be used toward eligible services or products as specified.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

7. Provider and Clinical Judgment

AIO Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if it is determined to be medically inappropriate or unsafe.
In such cases, any prepaid balance for the canceled service may be applied as a credit toward another approved treatment.

8. Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing a service, booking an appointment, or making a payment to AIO Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
